Boiling brake fluid

This means that you have literally heated your brake fluid to the point that you get gas in it. At that point, you may find you have a very soft pedal or no brakes at all. This happens due to inadequate brake cooling for the amount of use they are getting or because of driving style, i.e. long steady braking versus Threshold Braking.
